Shipping Terms & Conditions
During this promotion, customers that spend $99 or more online receive free shipping and handling on their purchase (excludes shipments to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and any other country outside the contiguous United States.) Subject to end at any time without notice and is applicable to products available for purchase online. Some exclusions may apply. Please contact us for additional information or with any questions.
FedEx/UPS Shipments – Products shipping via FedEx or UPS will be shipped the same day if the order is placed on a business day by noon. All orders not shipped the same day will be shipped the next business day. Most delivery times in the continental U.S. range between 2-5 days depending on location. You will receive and email confirmation with a tracking number when the order is shipped. Please note: If your order contains pool or spa chemicals, our shipper may require additional inspection. Your pool or spa chemicals could be received separately from the rest of your ordered items.
Pool and Spa Chemical Shipments- Most delivery times in the continental U.S. range between 2-5 days depending on location. Some products require a signature for receipt of package. This includes any Chlorine or Non-Chlorine Blast material that has a total weight of 5lbs or more. After the final attempt has been made to deliver a “Signature Required” package, our shipper is required to return the product to our warehouse. When placing these orders please provide a shipping address where the product will be received by an adult (18 years of age or older). These materials will not be left in the care of a minor. Your pool or spa chemicals could be received separately from the rest of your ordered items.
Scioto Valley is not responsible for lost/misplaced package(s) once package(s) have been signed for at the address in which was provided when the order was placed.
Same Day Shipping
Any order placed online before 3PM Eastern Standard Time will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3PM will ship the next business day.
We want you to be happy with your purchase but we know there are a variety of reasons a product needs to be returned. We will make every effort to make you happy and process your return. If you need to process a return please call our service department at 614-876-7755.
- All defective returns are handled on a repair/replacement basis only.
- Returns must be requested withing 30 days of delivery.
- All non-defective returns subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- All returns must have Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please contact our service department for more information.
- All items must be returned in new, unused and resellable condition inside its original packaging.
- If an item has been used or installed it can not be returned.
- We are not responsible for typographical errors.
- Customer is responsible for all return shipment costs.
- Any "Free Freight" item returned will have the outbound freight charge deducted from the total return.
- If you paid for additional shipping charges on your order, these will charges not be refunded.
All returns must be in original factory condition. Return shipments must be prepaid by customer returning merchandise. We don't accept COD shipments. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained through a Customer Service Representative by calling 614-876-7755. Returned packages will not be accepted without the RMA number on the outside of the package. Due to the nature of our products, we are not able to return inventory to our vendors, therefore, we must charge a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective returns. Customer CAN NOT return burnt, used, or special order items. Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs. New merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. We will not issue credits until the merchandise has been received and inspected. All products must be returned in the original carton.
